If you have an Arizona conviction on your criminal record, you may qualify to set aside your convictions and restore your civil rights. You may be able to remove barriers to: Employment, Housing, and Voting.
Beginning July 2021: If your records contain certain marijuana offenses or marijuana related offenses, you may qualify to petition the court for an order which will expunge their marijuana and marijuana related convictions. To be eligible for an expungement under Proposition 207, you must have been arrested, charged, convicted, or acquitted of an eligible marijuana related offense that occurred before November 30, 2020. Come to a clinic to learn about which offenses might qualify!
