Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteer at Community Legal Services (CLS)

Looking for an opportunity to give back to the community? Volunteering with CLS is a great way to do just that! Volunteers are encouraged to share their skills and professional expertise to assist attorneys, legal advocates, CLS operations staff, and the community at large. Qualified community members are welcome year round. Your donation of time, skills and professional expertise are needed in, but not limited to, the following areas:

  • Court reporting
  • Process service
  • Handwriting analysis
  • Investigation
  • Litigation Support
  • Property appraisal
  • Research
  • Office operations
  • Translation / Interpretation
  • And more!

Volunteer possibilities are as diverse as the people who believe in fairness in the legal community:  ADVOCATE, LITIGATE and EDUCATE!

  • Community members, law school graduates, litigation support professionals, students, and others with law-related skills are asked to complete the Volunteer Application.
  • Attorneys are asked to complete the Attorney Enrollment form.
